Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message or call.

SHIPPING METHODS
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Orders are shipped through reliable courier services.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery usually takes:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service conditions.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or may be applied as a fixed rate depending on your location.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel.

DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unexpected circumstances. However, we will try our best to assist you in tracking your order.

FAILED DELIVERY / UNREACHABLE CUSTOMERS
If the customer is not available at the time of delivery or provides incorrect contact details, the order may be canceled. Re-delivery may not be guaranteed.

DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours with proof (images/video). We will investigate and provide a suitable solution.
